These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the FasterPermit website and the terms of providing services by electronic means.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at fasterpermit.pl (hereinafter: the 'Website') and the rules for providing services by electronic means by: Buenas Vibras Szymon Owczarek, sole proprietorship, Lawendowe Wzgórze 34/8, 80-175 Gdańsk, Tax ID (NIP): 9571055973, e-mail: contact@fasterpermit.pl, hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'.
The Terms and Conditions define in particular: rules for using the Website, scope of services provided by the Service Provider, rules for placing orders, payment rules, rights and obligations of the Client, rules of liability of the parties.
The Terms and Conditions are made available to the Client free of charge via the Website in a manner that allows them to be saved, recorded and printed.
The Website enables in particular: conducting a free, indicative diagnosis of the case concerning possible prolongation of administrative proceedings, providing information on potential further actions, ordering a paid service of organizational and technical support related to the Client's case.
The Service Provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal assistance reserved for attorneys-at-law or legal advisors.
If the implementation of the case requires the performance of legal acts, such acts are performed solely by an independent attorney-at-law or legal advisor cooperating with the Service Provider, based on a separate power of attorney granted directly by the Client.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms mean:
1. Website – the website available at fasterpermit.pl.
2. Service Provider – Buenas Vibras Szymon Owczarek, running a sole proprietorship.
3. Client – a natural person using the Website or ordering the Service.
4. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with the Service Provider not directly related to their business or professional activity.
5. Service – a paid organizational and technical support service provided by the Service Provider in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Attorney – an independent attorney-at-law or legal advisor cooperating with the Service Provider, who provides legal assistance based on a separate power of attorney granted directly by the Client.
7. Diagnosis – a free, indicative tool available on the Website that allows a preliminary assessment of whether the Client's case may require further action.
The Service Provider provides only organizational and technical services.
The Service includes in particular: a) collecting information regarding the Client's case, b) organizing the submitted documentation, c) organizational assistance in preparing the case, d) communication with the Client, e) auxiliary translation of documents and information, f) monitoring the status of the case, g) coordinating cooperation between the Client and the Attorney.
The Service Provider undertakes to ensure that the Client has the opportunity to use the legal assistance of an independent Attorney, if necessary for the implementation of the case.
Activities requiring professional qualifications, in particular: drafting procedural documents, drafting reminders, drafting complaints, representation before public administration bodies, representation before courts, are performed solely by the Attorney based on a separate power of attorney.
The Diagnosis available on the Website: is for informational purposes only, does not constitute legal advice, does not constitute a guarantee of a positive outcome of the case, does not mean acceptance of the case by the Attorney.
Neither the Service Provider nor the Attorney guarantee: issuance of an administrative decision within a specific period, acceleration of the processing of the case, consideration of the reminder, consideration of the complaint, obtaining any benefit or compensation.
The outcome of the proceedings depends on the actions of public administration bodies and courts, over which neither the Service Provider nor the Attorney have influence.
Legal assistance provided by the Attorney covers only the scope agreed directly between the Client and the Attorney.
Within the framework of this Service, it may include in particular: legal analysis of the case, preparation and submission of a reminder, preparation and submission of a complaint regarding the prolongation of proceedings or inactivity of the body, conducting proceedings in this regard.
The Service does not automatically include: conducting other administrative proceedings, appeals against decisions, representation in other matters, additional legal activities not indicated above.
The performance of additional activities requires separate arrangements between the Client and the Attorney.
Ordering the Service is done by: a) completing the form available on the Website, b) reviewing the content of the Terms and Conditions and accepting them, c) making payment in accordance with the current price list.
Before concluding the contract, the Client receives information regarding: the scope of the Service, the total remuneration, the rules for settling official and court fees, the rules for commencing the provision of the Service.
The contract between the Client and the Service Provider is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Service Provider via electronic means.
Commencement of the Service implementation occurs after: the payment is posted, the Client provides the data and documents necessary to start handling the case.
The Client undertakes to provide information and documents necessary for the proper implementation of the Service.
For the performance of the Service, the Client is obliged to pay the Service Provider remuneration in accordance with the current price list.
The current price list for the Service is as follows:
– FasterPermit organizational and technical support service: PLN 2,460 gross (Service Provider's remuneration)
– Stamp duty for power of attorney: PLN 34 (advance payment for official fee)
– Court fee for complaint / application: PLN 200 (advance payment for court fee)
Total amount payable: PLN 2,694.
The Service Provider's remuneration includes in particular: organizational handling of the case, contact with the Client, coordination of the process, organization of cooperation with the Attorney.
The amounts: PLN 34 as stamp duty and PLN 200 as court fee do not constitute the Service Provider's remuneration. These amounts are collected solely as an advance payment to cover fees due from the Client in connection with the case.
The Service Provider is entitled to make these payments on behalf of and for the benefit of the Client. Amounts allocated for official and court fees are not recorded as remuneration for the service.
If the actual amount of fees is lower than the advance payment collected, the unused portion will be returned to the Client. If the actual amount of fees is higher, the Client will be informed of the need for an additional payment before making the payment.
The Client undertakes to cover additional fees resulting from legal provisions that may arise during the case.
If the Client is awarded reimbursement of the court fee and the stamp duty, the Service Provider undertakes to indicate the bank account number provided by the Client as the account designated for the transfer of the awarded court fee and stamp duty in the amounts in which they were awarded.
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.
A declaration of withdrawal may be sent by electronic means to the address: contact@fasterpermit.pl.
If the Consumer requests the commencement of the Service before the withdrawal period expires, the Service Provider will commence the Service after receiving such a request.
The Consumer will be informed that: commencement of the Service before the withdrawal period expires results in the obligation to pay for services performed up to the moment of withdrawal, and after full performance of the Service, the right of withdrawal expires.
In the event of withdrawal before full performance of the Service: remuneration for activities performed will be calculated proportionally, the remaining part of the remuneration will be returned, and unused advances for official fees will be returned.
The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the Service.
A complaint may be sent by electronic means to the address: contact@fasterpermit.pl or in writing to the Service Provider's registered office address.
The complaint should include: the Client's data, a description of the problem, the expected method of resolution.
The Service Provider processes the complaint within 14 days of receipt. The Client will be informed of the outcome of the complaint handling.
The administrator of the Client's personal data in the scope of data processed by the Service Provider is: Buenas Vibras Szymon Owczarek, sole proprietorship, Lawendowe Wzgórze 34/8, 80-175 Gdańsk, Tax ID (NIP): 9571055973, E-mail: contact@fasterpermit.pl.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of: implementation of the Service, contact with the Client, handling payments, implementation of legal obligations.
Detailed information regarding data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
If the implementation of the case requires the transfer of data to the Attorney, the data will be transferred only to the extent necessary to perform legal activities.
The Service Provider is responsible for the proper performance of the organizational and technical service provided by them.
The Service Provider is not liable for: decisions of public administration bodies, actions of courts, the outcome of proceedings conducted by the Attorney.
The Client acknowledges that: the duration of proceedings depends on public bodies, the outcome of the case cannot be guaranteed, mere use of the Service does not automatically mean a positive conclusion of the case.
The Client undertakes to provide information that is: truthful, complete, up-to-date.
The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences resulting from the Client providing false or incomplete information.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act.
The Terms and Conditions are available in the following language versions: Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular: changes in legal regulations, changes in the scope of services, organizational changes.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect contracts concluded before their entry into force.
The Terms and Conditions are effective from: August 1, 2026.
